Group Therapy

We offer group therapy sessions designed to provide support and foster personal growth through shared experiences and collective healing. In a structured and empathetic environment, group therapy allows individuals to connect with others facing similar challenges, share insights, and gain diverse perspectives.

Our group therapy is typically facilitated by faculty members from the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Kansas. Currently, group therapy sessions are not operational. Historically, we have offered group therapy such as Lifestyle Change Group Therapy (depression group therapy) and Best-U (eating disorder group therapy).

We currently do not have any active groups and will update our website when we do.
