We will conduct sessions during regular hours M and F 8-5 and T, W, and Th 8-7. We will have someone answering the phone 785-864-4121 on a daily basis and also responding to psycl@ku.edu   The Clinic Director is in office most days 8am-5pm at 785-864-9853 and if you need to reach someone you can also try that number.

Our current wait for psychotherapy services is approximately 3 months and assessment is 3-4 months but it may be shorter or longer depending on your availability and presenting concerns.

We have set up a credit card billing service https://psychclinic.ku.edu/pay and also will continue to send monthly bills for services via mail upon request. We will evaluate your situation and are happy to talk with you and can make adjustments as treatment proceeds.  Please reach out to Sarah Kirk the Director at 785-864-9853 or skirk@ku.edu or simply discuss it with your therapist.
